RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We thank you for your business, and we are confident that you will enjoy our products. If you are not satisfied with your products, we will do everything in our power to satisfy our customers.
AOH 360° Products and CBD Line Returns/Refund Policy
By making this purchase, you demonstrate a clear understanding that we are selling these products containing CBD (Cannabidiol) from hemp oil.
You may return only products that are damaged, defective or unopened, unused and resellable, within ten days of shipment with valid proof of purchase, for refund or product credit. If there is an incorrect item received, we will also refund you the shipping cost of the return, but it must be returned within ten days. All product returns must accompany a written statement detailing the reason for the return and a copy of the receipt.
**Please note because of the nature of this business and Covid-19, we do not offer a money-back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We cannot accept any product that has been opened or used** We will not refund any SAMPLES.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Email us at aoh@advocatesofhealth.com ASAP to advise us you will be returning an unopened, unused product (the seal cannot be broken).
2. Once you have shipped your product, please email us the tracking#.
3. Once we receive your package at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will issue the refund to the same tender used when you purchased the product(s) and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post based on your bank or institution.

SHIPPINGÂ & HANDLING
The standard handling time for most orders is 1-2 days. The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail as requested by the buyer. Packages will arrive within an additional 1-5 business days depending on the location and speed of the USPS delivery service purchased. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays, or Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
