SPECIALTY PHARMACEUTICAL ANCILLARY ADVOCATE

We are seeking dynamic professionals that are highly driven with Healthcare Sales experience to join our growing team. Your responsibilities include calling on potential clients as well as existing to establish accounts, obtain orders, service existing accounts, and implement strategies to generate new business.

  • Daily visit new prospects and physicians to promote and establish accounts while driving and implementing AOH brand value and mission


  • Establish oneself as an Ancillary Advocate Expert with key healthcare influencers and managed healthcare organizations and facilities


  • Maintain a sense of urgency and the follow-up skills to close sales


  • Generate an average of 5 sales calls/presentations per day to physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals as well; Entering related information into the AOH assigned system along with notable post-call notes.


  • Directly report to the Director of Ancillary and consistently meet or exceed all sales budgets/goals on all products assigned.


  • Attend company meetings, both virtual and in-person, embrace administrative duties such as expense reporting are also required.


  • Submit activity and results in reports to management to include daily weekly and monthly reports


  • Suggest changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.


  • Maintaining records on area and customer sales while monitoring computer marketplace products and sales


  • Stay current on industry knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.


  • Develop and implement approved solutions for customer concerns and keeping company abreast


  • Gather current industry related marketplace information

  • Traveling to a minimum of four doctor offices per day presenting AOH presentation meeting weekly sales quota and delivering the report to management


  • Maintain a computer database to record all sales.


  • Build effective business relationships with health care partners and customers


  • Persuasive and sales skills including the ability to determine customer needs and concerns, to determine the appropriate approach to the situation and to gain commitment


  • Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies


  • Exhibit strong business acumen through effective customer analysis, including analyzing previous customer interactions, available sales reports, and competitive sales data (e.g., sales trends, competitive landscape) to maximize the effectiveness of each call, and based on that information, tailoring a unique sales approach for each office prospect for new business


  • Operate in an internal team environment that is based on a culture of high collaboration, and that encourages innovative ideas


  • Undertake self-study and career development programs, whether through Pfizer or own initiative and continually strives to improve knowledge, skills, and capabilities


  • Work across different account levels: with hospitals, department chiefs, nurses, certified diabetes educators, and allied medical professionals to maximize AOH contribution to diabetes and endocrine care accounts


  • Operate with the highest of integrity

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferred)

  • Professional Certification or License if required by a specific state

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience

  • A strong sales background with an impressive performance record considered for our Apprentice Program


Experience

- Pharmaceutical Sales: Minimum of 1 year (Required)

- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry

- Proven ability to promote and sell products and services

- Compensation is solely dependent upon closed production results
- We offer EXCELLENT COMPENSATION for EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE.

Commission: $500-$20k per completed sale.

DIABETES LIFESTYLE CHANGE COACH (HIRING RN, LPN,LHN, AND DIETITIANS ONLY) FOR THIS POSITION

A new opportunity awaits you to become an integral part of changing the health of our nation. Become a Diabetes Lifestyle Coordinator and make a difference in improving health outcomes. Diabetes Care MD is changing the face of diabetes through increasing awareness of diabetes, prediabetes and its complications at a primary care level.

Almost 1 in 10 people have diabetes and around 25% of them currently are undiagnosed. Additionally, prediabetes is affecting even more patients, with around 1 in 3 adults considered to be prediabetic.

You can play a role in being part of the solution with Diabetes Care MD. As a Diabetes Lifestyle Coordinator, you are positioned largely in Primary Care practices (other specialties also qualify) and will perform a range of diagnostic tests and provide treatment solutions. You will help identify patient risk and complications associated with uncontrolled blood sugar levels then support the patient on a treatment plan.

This program uses the National Diabetes Prevention Program training for you to be recognized as a Lifestyle Coach. In this role, alongside medical weight loss training, you will be integral to patient success in improving their health outcomes.

If diabetes is left to run its course, 25% of patients will present with some level of complication upon diabetes diagnosis. As a Diabetes Lifestyle Coordinator, you can change the course of a patient’s life. You will be armed with the tools, skills, and technology to ensure your patients have the support they need to lose weight and improve their lifestyle. Our program has proven success with sustained life-changing weight loss for obese patients. Patients typically lose 10-12% of their body weight within the first 3 to 6 months on the program and patients experience a sustained weight loss over 1 to 2 years. This amount of weight loss is life-changing and life saving for many.

As a Diabetes Lifestyle Coordinator, you will:

  • Receive Lifestyle coach training in line with the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program.

  • Do weight loss training to support patients through their weight loss journey.

  • Be trained on a suite of diagnostic tools, including testing with the Diabetic Neuropathy Device, TM Flow, D-Eye and Max Pulse.

  • Learn how to conduct a Healthy Weight Screening and enroll patients in a proven weight loss program.

  • Become proficient at supporting patients ongoing with counseling sessions targeted at weight loss and lifestyle improvement.

Pay is based on the agreement between you and the Physician you are partnered with.
